The Ministry of Education last updated the TPA manual in 2010.
There isn't a separate document outlining the Annual Learning Plan. There are several examples online but the only Ministry references are in Appendix H of the TPA manual. Also, it only includes a secondary example. Theoretically every teacher must complete one every year, however, that is not always the case. ALPs must be completed in a TPA year.
ETFO has the most information. You can search their site for both TPAs and ALPs.
A search of the OSSTF site does not result in any additional information. If you search for NTIP or TPA you will be asked to save a PDF. It's a checklist. You could also check individual district sites, sometimes they provide more information.
OECTA has links for both the NTIP and the TPA process.
