The Ministry of Education last updated the TPA manual in 2010.
There isn't a separate document outlining the Annual Learning Plan. There are several examples online but the only Ministry references are in Appendix D of the TPA manual. Also, it only includes a secondary example. Theoretically every teacher must complete one every year, however, that is not always the case. ALPs must be completed in a TPA year.
The Learing Exchange has two page information sheet for principals. It would be nice if all principals followed these guidelines.
ETFO has the most information. You can search their site for both TPAs and ALPs.
A search of the OSSTF site does not result in any additional information. If you search for NTIP or TPA you will be asked to save a PDF. It's a checklist. You could also check individual district sites, sometimes they provide more information.
OECTA has links for both the NTIP and the TPA process.
